Certain products sold by NorthPoleTable Co may be offered on a PRE-ORDER basis.
A pre-order means that you are purchasing a product before it has completed production or before it is ready for immediate shipment.
Pre-order products are handcrafted and assembled to order.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, pre-order products are expected to be completed and shipped from the United States in November.
Any production, shipping, or delivery date shown on our website is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that there may be a waiting period between the date of purchase and the date your order is completed and shipped.
SPECIAL PRE-ORDER PRICING
Pre-order products may be offered at a special, reduced, or promotional price because the customer is ordering before the official release or general availability of the product.
This special pre-order price is available because you are ordering early before the official release.
Pre-order pricing may expire or change at any time.
Once the pre-order period ends, prices may increase without notice.
Customers who successfully place an order during the pre-order period will retain the price shown at checkout at the time the order was placed.
SECTION 4 — PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind about a pre-order or are not satisfied with your decision to pre-order, you may request cancellation before your order has shipped.

If your cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled pre-order to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled as a pre-order cancellation.
After shipment, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

carrier delays;
weather conditions;

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may depend on the carrier and destination.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information before your order has shipped, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website as soon as possible.
